Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Carrollton, Ohio is hiring Roustabout professionals for our water transfer operations. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments and join a growing field services team that supports multiple clients across Eastern Ohio.

You will set up and tear down containment, generators, piping systems, and equipment, operate heavy machinery when trained, and help maintain safety, respond to field needs, and report across teams on a 12-hour day-night

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days and nights, with overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down of containment, generators, piping systems, pipelines, manifolds and related appurtenances.
• Operate heavy machinery when trained (telehandler, skid steer, loaders).
• Fuel and inspect equipment, maintain daily checklists, complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety.
• Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
