Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Carrollton, OH is seeking an experienced Roustabout Supervisor for our Oil & Gas field operations. You will lead on-site roustabout crews, manage equipment usage, ensure safety, and deliver results that meet client expectations.

The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly payments, validation of leadership, and opportunities to drive efficiency improvements across projects with strong EH&S emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Act as on-site manager or delegate to align with work orders and customer expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment and containment systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor field roustabout crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage site EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Monitor and inspect equipment such as heaters and loaders.
• Complete daily field tickets and other required documentation.
• Estimate and plan project needs including labor, materials, and scheduling.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost controls.
