Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Cambridge, OH is seeking an experienced Roustabout Supervisor for Oil & Gas Field Operations. You will lead roustabout activities, supervise crews, and ensure safe, cost-effective field performance.

This role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments and opportunities to impact Eastern Ohio Water Transfer operations. Candidates should bring strong supervisory skills and deep hands-on experience with containment, equipment operation, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• At least 3 years of certified equipment operator experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience.
• Safety or engineering coursework or certifications.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily roustabout operations; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager or delegate to align with work orders.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of skid steers, telehandlers, containment, and winterization systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor field roustabout crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage site EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Monitor and inspect equipment including heaters, light towers, and loaders.
• Complete daily field tickets and documentation.
• Estimate and plan project needs including labor, materials, and scheduling.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements, cost controls, and new technologies.
