Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• GPA 3.0+ upon graduation for external candidates.
• 0–1 year of service, business, or sales experience; internship/co-op valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Warehouse, Sales, Operations and Project Management.
• Work with Rexel leaders to support real business priorities.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and leadership capabilities.
• Tailor elective rotations based on interests and opportunities.
