Job summary

Mitten Fluidpower Corporation invites recent graduates to join a 12–18 month Sales Development Rotational Program designed to grow future Outside Sales Representatives in industrial distribution and fluid power. You will rotate through key departments, gain hands-on industry training, and build product knowledge while mentored by senior staff.

Upon completion, participants transition into an Outside Sales role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associates in engineering will be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in industrial sales, manufacturing, fluid power, or technical solutions.
• Ability to learn technical products and systems quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products, systems, and operational processes
• Support customer needs across multiple business functions
• Develop technical knowledge related to industrial, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation products
• Assist inside and outside sales teams with quoting, customer follow-up, and project coordination
• Participate in customer visits, training events, and sales calls
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
