Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate and travel 75% or more post program.
• Demonstrated track record of performance in academics, athletics, leadership, or professional achievements.

Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings and site visits.
• Participate in prospecting, quoting, pricing, and proposal development.
• Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Learn multiple selling environments from project-based to high-volume transactions.
• Gain direct exposure to manufacturing plants and operational processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain partners.
• Deliver rotation-end business insights and development presentations.
