QXO is launching the Emerging Leader(s) Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience to groom future branch and operations leaders. Through structured learning, hands-on rotations, and mentorship, participants gain operational knowledge and leadership skills to make branch decisions and progress into Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in distribution, operations, or leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends.
• Present insights to regional and branch leaders to shape decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members for a high-performing workforce.
• Support forecast, staffing, service levels, and inventory health initiatives.
• Lead technology adoption and process improvements aligned with corporate goals.
