Job summary

QXO is launching an Emerging Leader’s Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants gain operational knowledge, leadership skills, and mentorship to progress into Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

The program includes learning modules, on-the-job rotations, and capstone projects, giving participants autonomy to lead and influence inventory, staffing, and workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 1-2 years of relevant industry exposure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to inform decisions and priority setting.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow, or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
