Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR 1–2 years’ industry experience.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end using data trends.
• Share insights with leaders to influence regional decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, and costs.
• Engage with local associations as a community ambassador.
• Champion technology advancement and process improvements aligned to initiatives.
