Job summary

Pilgrim's operates a 12-month Operations Management Trainee program designed to give immersive leadership experience across multiple production sectors. You will participate in rotations, support the operations team, and work toward a leadership role.

Program includes three Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO, with eventual placement in a leadership track related to performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through all business sectors to gain hands-on knowledge of production processes.
• Support the operations team and shadow production supervisors.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to maintain schedules.
• Promote continuous improvement and uphold food safety practices.
• Respond to delays in shift operations and adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in Leadership Development Training sessions at our U.S. HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Lead a final placement project aligned with KPI targets.
