Job summary

Pilgrim's Operations Management Trainee program offers a 12-month immersive leadership experience at one of our domestic locations. You will rotate through all business sectors, supporting the operations team while developing leadership skills and process understanding to support production strategy.

Participants attend three Leadership Development Training sessions at our U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO, with final placement into a leadership role after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and applicable to operations management.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work different shifts and weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate as needed to placement locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across all production sectors to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Support the operations team and shadow supervisors to learn day-to-day activities.
• Identify bottlenecks, help ensure timely production schedules, and drive continuous improvement.
• Complete a project aligned with KPIs to impact the location's bottom line.
• Attend Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate headquarters in Greeley, CO.
