Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee for a 12–18 month development program. You will rotate through branch operations, complete on-the-job training, and partner with your manager to build leadership skills and knowledge to accelerate your career.

The program emphasizes leadership development, operations training, and exposure to senior leaders, with a capstone project and potential for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers and lead a team.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.

• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training focused on developing future operations leaders for opportunities that best match your interests, skills and abilities.
