Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Operations Development Specialist in the U.S. for a three-year rotational program across manufacturing locations. You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain while driving improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Relocation assistance is available. Graduates will build a strong professional network and have the potential to advance into leadership roles within Donaldson's U.S. plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering (mechanical, industrial, manufacturing), business, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher upon graduation.
• Willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
• U.S. persons only due to export controls; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop leadership and operational skills through hands-on assignments at multiple U.S. locations.
