Ideal candidates hold a Bachelors in Chemical or Electrical Engineering with a 3.0+ GPA, 0–3 years internship experience, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Participate in a 52-week structured curriculum exposing you to plant operations across multiple product lines.
Engage in hands-on activities: start-ups, shutdowns, maintenance, project planning, training and daily plant support.
Operate process equipment via control systems and in the field (motors, pumps, instrumentation, utilities).
Monitor efficiency, energy consumption, and optimize operating modes to improve plant performance.
