Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Zero to three years of internship or cooperative education experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 52-week structured curriculum exposing you to plant operations.
• Engage in hands-on start-ups, shutdowns, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support quality, regulatory compliance, and daily plant operations.
• Collaborate with process, project, controls, and maintenance teams.
