General Mills is offering a fast-paced, 18-month Manufacturing & Engineering Associate (MEA) full-time rotational program designed to develop technical and people leadership capabilities across processing, packaging and manufacturing systems. You'll gain frontline exposure to 24/7 production while solving problems and driving improvements in a dynamic environment.

MEAs are placed in a single plant for the duration, with potential relocation after program completion to a full-time leadership or

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in: Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process, or Biological/Biosystems/Agricultural or related degree
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Milling Science, Food Science, or related degree
Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027

Responsibilities

Building capability through exposure and ownership of processing, packaging and broad manufacturing systems.
Gaining front line exposure to 24/7 production to leverage problem solving and learning agility while driving improvements and eliminating losses.
Learning from and leading Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to grow coaching, team building and people-development skill set.
Managing programs to gain experiences of capital project ownership, new system startups and / or initiative leadership.
