Job summary

General Mills has an 18-month Manufacturing & Engineering Associate (MEA) full-time rotational program nationwide in the United States. The program develops technical and people leadership skills through exposure to processing, packaging, and broad manufacturing systems.

You will work with operators and technicians, gain program exposure, and be placed into a manufacturing leadership or engineering role after completion, with potential relocation to a different site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering as listed.
• Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• MEA Milling requires Milling Science or Food Science degree.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to processing, packaging and manufacturing systems.
• Engage in 24/7 production environments to drive improvements and reduce losses.
• Lead and coach Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to grow leadership skills.
• Manage programs for capital projects, new system startups or initiative leadership.
