General Mills is seeking a Manufacturing & Engineering Associate (MEA) for an 18-month rotational program designed to prepare you for technical and managerial leadership roles within the Global Supply Chain. You will gain exposure to processing, packaging and broad manufacturing systems while working with operators, technicians and mechanics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process, or Biological/Biosystems/Agricultural or related degree.
• Qualifications for MEA Milling roles: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Milling Science, Food Science, or related degree.
• Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Building capability through exposure and ownership of processing, packaging and broad manufacturing systems.
• Gaining front line exposure to 24/7 production to leverage problem solving and learning agility while driving improvements and eliminating losses.
• Learning from and leading Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to grow your coaching, team building and people-development skill set.
• Managing programs to gain experiences of capital project ownership, new system startups and / or initiative leadership.
