MEAs are placed in a manufacturing plant for the duration, gaining hands-on exposure across processing, packaging and broad manufacturing systems.

Start dates available February 2027 or July 2027, with opportunities for relocation within the nationwide plant network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process, or Biological/Biosystems/Agricultural or related degree.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Milling Science, Food Science, or related degree.
• Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Build capability through exposure and ownership of processing, packaging and manufacturing systems.
• Gain front line exposure to 24/7 production to drive improvements and reduce losses.
