Job summary

The Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at J. Lorber Co. is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leaders. Participants rotate through sales, operations, supply chain, distribution, and branch management to build a solid foundation in both customer-facing and operational roles.

Upon completion, participants are placed into a management role within the organization, with a fast-track path and mentorship from company leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or in final year).
• Strong interest in a management career in distribution, sales, or operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership ability.
• Ability to adapt to varied roles and responsibilities during rotations.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through assignments in sales, operations, supply chain, and branch management.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and drive process improvements.
• Build customer relationships and support client solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
