Job summary
Marmon Utility LLC is seeking candidates for the Accelerated Manufacturing & Production Excellence Development (AMPED) two-year rotational program beginning June 2027. You will rotate across Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality, gaining leadership and technical experience.
The program includes mentorship, a capstone project, and a path to plant leadership roles, with postings in NH and CT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduating by May 2027 in related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, sports, co-ops, or campus involvement.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement.
- Ability to commute within the defined working state.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
- Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and improve production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
- Lead people, safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Complete a Continuous Improvement capstone project with measurable ROI.
