Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Willingness to relocate across the United States for rotations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in leadership development and technology.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders while developing problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to timely project completion and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities during rotations and possible extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training and project work.
