Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in ABET/ATMAE-accredited engineering disciplines with less than two years of experience and internship or co-op

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ABET or ATMAE-accredited engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Less than two years of experience with relevant internship or co-op experience preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational engineering assignments.
• Contribute to projects that improve manufacturing processes, quality, and product development.
• Build a professional network and gain exposure to Honda’s diverse operations.
• Present work to leadership and support new model development.
