Job summary

Shape Corp. is seeking recent college graduates to join a multi- functional rotation program. You will work across engineering disciplines and act as a liaison between customer teams and Shape's internal units to drive new product development.

The program leads to a full-time engineering role where you contribute to design verification, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA during development and product changes.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates with no significant work experience (<4 years) to join Shape's rotation program.

Responsibilities

• Understand the work area to learn and provide value to the team.
• Act as Engineering liaison between customer teams and internal units.
• Develop projects that meet customer requirements and help win new business.
• Lead development projects by guiding Product Design & CAE staff in daily efforts.
• Provide up-to-date design background information and files to the CAD/CA E team.
