Standard Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, offers the STEP program for recent graduates and early-career professionals to learn the electrical distribution industry. You will rotate through operations, sales, analytics, and more, guided by mentors, with exposure to leadership and hands-on projects.

You’ll gain experiences in warehousing, inside/outside sales, and business analytics while building a solid foundation for long-term career growth in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or close to completion in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in STEP program rotations across key business areas (operations, sales, customer service).
• Glean hands-on experience and mentorship from industry leaders.
• Present strategic projects and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Travel to company locations for networking and learning opportunities.
