Job summary

Pratt & Whitney's North Berwick Engineering Center (NBEC) in Southern Maine is seeking engineers for the Engineering Development Program and related roles. The program includes rotations across disciplines, with emphasis on collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to support turbine engine programs for commercial and military product lines.

Successful candidates will have a STEM degree, GPA 3.0+, and experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field obtained by start date.
• Experience with one or more Microsoft Office tools.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across development, production, and aftermarket programs.
• Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with technical investigations, testing support, production engineering activities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Execute Engineering Standard Work and contribute to engineering reviews.

Education

Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Electrical, Chemical, Systems, or related STEM field
