Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees welcome with related experience in project engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and IMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and functions.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Monitor financial performance and forecast project costs.
• Support gas turbine hardware programs (Fan, LPC, HPC).
