Pratt & Whitney is seeking candidates for its Engineering Development Program in Materials & Processes Engineering and Mechanical Disciplines. The role focuses on engine materials, coatings, and test methods, with rotations to build breadth and leadership skills.

The program offers hands-on training, professional growth, and assignments designed to develop future leaders in aerospace engineering for both civilian and military engine programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience with common materials characterization and test methods (mechanical testing, thermal analysis, spectroscopy, microscopy). Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine component, materials and/or chemical process development and analyses.
• Conduct testing and provide reports and presentations with conclusions and recommendations.
• Assist in data analysis and interpretation to support engine design and manufacturing.
