Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in North Berwick, ME, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support development and execution of gas turbine engine hardware projects. You will coordinate with engineering and functional teams to manage plans, schedules, budgets, and risks while keeping programs on track.

You will work with Fan, LPC, and HPC components, develop leadership skills, and gain experience in planning, cost control, and integrated master scheduling. Travel estimated at 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Engineering or manufacturing engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and master schedules to meet milestones and financial targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and other functions to align with objectives and commitments.
• Identify and resolve risks by analyzing data, evaluating options, and recommending improvements.
• Monitor financial performance by tracking costs, forecasting revenue, and re-estimating costs.
• Support commercial and military gas turbine programs, gaining hands-on project engineering experience with Fan/LPC/HPC components.
• Travel Requirement: 10% (Domestic and International).
