Qualifications

• High School diploma and/ or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the culinary field
• Diploma/certification in a culinary discipline an asset

Responsibilities

• The primary function of the Rounds Cook is to prepare high-quality food across various kitchen stations on a rotating schedule.
• The Rounds Cook is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of made-to-order food, as well as the preparation and plating of menu items.
• The Rounds Cook maintains consistent quality, presentation, and portion standards while supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen operation.
