Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Cook to follow recipes precisely, prepare garnishes, and operate kitchen equipment in a fast-paced back-of-house role. You will support the team, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety while delivering quality meals for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in-house restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification within local health/sanitation laws within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, measure ingredients and prepare garnishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers).
• Present dishes with garnishes and arrangement.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper food handling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory.
• Serve food occasionally.
• Accommodate guests' special requests with respect.
• Work in a team and maintain a fast-paced service.
