Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will perform alignment, inspections, and testing to ensure reliability while working in a customer-facing role.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and pumps, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and blueprints.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication of technical findings.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment.
• Perform precision assembly and alignment of motors and coupled equipment; verify tolerances.
• Conduct detailed inspections using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Perform overhauls replacing bearings, gearboxes, and torque-critical components.
• Conduct diagnostic tests with portable equipment to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with team to meet project goals.
