Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will install, align, and service AC/DC motors and related machinery, while building a reputation for safety and reliability in customer service across North America.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with rotating equipment.
• Ability to read precision instruments and blueprints.
• Willingness to travel, on-call hours, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics and precision repairs of rotating equipment.
• Perform laser alignments and install/remove motors per OEM specs.
• Inspect with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Replace bearings, gearboxes, and critical components.
• Conduct tests with Megger, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, DLRO.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with team.
