Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will diagnose mechanical failures and restore equipment to OEM specs while ensuring safety and quality on every job.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps or similar rotating equipment, good measurement skills, and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with fault diagnosis in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record; willingness to work overtime/on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform alignment, tolerancing, and OEM spec verification using precision tools.
• Conduct safety-compliant maintenance and tests; collaborate with team to meet project goals.
• Document findings and communicate results clearly to customers.
