Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will perform precision alignment, inspect components, and execute maintenance tasks to OEM specs while ensuring safety and quality in challenging environments.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment, strong problem-solving, and excellent customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and professional presentation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; willing to work overtime/on-call.
• Experience with PdMA testing or Level I Vibration Analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly, alignment, and adherence to OEM specs.
• Conduct precision measurements and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
• Perform safety-conscious testing with portable equipment and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with team to hit project goals and deliver unmatched customer experience.
• Support on-call, overtime, and weekend assignments as needed.
