United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for the Reliable Onsite Services (ROS) division in the Phoenix, AZ area.

You will drive revenue as the single point of contact for ROS products and services, reporting to the branch manager and collaborating with other sales teams to leverage cross-unit opportunities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in technical rental sales, strong negotiating skills, and willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical rental sales experience in portable restroom or related business, or comparable sales experience.
• Working knowledge of ROS products and how they are used in the rental market.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote site services products and sales practices.
• Accelerate revenue in cold start/under-penetrated markets and build visibility of ROS offerings.
• Target customers and vertical opportunities across industries.
• Coordinate site services training and educate internal customers on products.
• Develop sales pipeline using CRM tools and report progress.
