Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is hiring a Ropes Course Attendant to ensure guest safety and satisfaction as they navigate bridges and ropes on Howlers Peak. You will register guests, provide equipment, educate on proper technique, and maintain safety protocols throughout the attraction.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, the ability to work at heights, and flexible scheduling. Training, PPE, and opportunities for career growth are provided within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Comfortable at heights of 30 feet or more for extended periods.
• Schedule flexibility based on business demands.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with basic math.
• Proven customer service and communication skills; able to read/interpret English manuals on safety/operations.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Processes guest registration and orders.
• Educates guests on the Ropes Course, safety guidelines and equipment use.
• Outfits participants with safety gear and secures harness connections.
• Inspects safety equipment for proper function.
• Assists in emergency situations and supports frightened participants.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of the attraction area.
• Performs cashier duties and POS transactions.
• Participates in store merchandising and pricing as needed.
