Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Ropes Course Attendant to ensure guest safety and a memorable experience on the ropes course. You will register guests, supply equipment, educate guests on safe usage, and maintain harnesses and safety lines.

This role requires alertness, strong customer service, and the ability to work at heights. The job emphasizes safety, exceptional guest service, and collaboration with the park team.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Able to perform basic math operations and handle cash/register transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operations, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Process guest registrations and fulfill orders accurately.
• Educate guests on rope course safety, equipment use, and proper techniques.
• Outfit participants with safety gear and ensure correct harness connections.
• Inspect safety equipment for proper function and readiness.
• Assist in managing emergencies and maintain daily operations per SOPs.
• Provide excellent service and assist with merchandising, pricing, and POS tasks.
