Job summary

WonderWorks in Pigeon Forge is seeking Ropes Course Attendants who will assist guests in climbing and exploring the ropes course. The role involves ensuring safety, fitting harnesses, and providing excellent customer service in a fun environment.

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and observational skills, with the ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in themed entertainment or climbing activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observational skills to ensure safety and recognize guest needs.
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the ropes course area.
• Instruct and supervise guests safely through the ropes course.
• Ensure guests meet height, weight, and clothing requirements.
• Properly fit harnesses based on training requirements.
