Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Ropes Course Attendant to ensure guest safety and satisfaction as they navigate the ropes course. You will register guests, provide equipment, educate on proper use, and enforce safety protocols while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic attraction environment.

The role requires comfort with heights, strong math and cashier duties, and the ability to respond to emergencies with calm, clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable being at heights of 30 feet or more for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests and processes orders.
• Educates guests on rope course experience, safety guidelines and equipment use.
• Outfits participants with safety gear and checks harness connections.
• Inspects safety equipment for proper function.
• Assists in emergencies and helps anxious participants.
• Ensures daily operations comply with procedures.
• Provides customer service and upsell opportunities.
• Supports merchandising and stock movements as needed.
• Handles cash and POS operations; daily reporting.
