Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with NDE, API inspections, and advanced techniques in elevated, confined, or hard-to-access areas.

Dual-certified in rope access and inspection methods, you will work with site leads, engineers, and integrity teams to deliver code-compliant results while prioritizing safety. Responsibilities include inspecting at height, documenting findings with digital tools, assisting with access setup, and adhering to OSHA and site

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Certification (Level I or II) required.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments.
• Physically capable of rope access duties including climbing and extended work at height.
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationally for projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope-access inspections at height per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
• Assist with installation of access systems, job rig-ups, and hazard assessments.
• Document findings using digital tools and standardized reporting formats.
• Interface with engineers, planners, and client representatives to clarify scope and report results.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, codes, and site rules (OSHA, site).
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job planning, and safety audits.
• Maintain rope access and inspection gear, tracking certifications.
• Assist in equipment transfers, mobilizations, and site setup/teardown.
