Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with a focus on NDE, API inspections, or advanced access techniques in elevated, confined, or difficult-to-access areas.

The ideal candidate is dual-certified in rope access (SPRAT or IRATA) and inspection methods and works with site leads, engineers, and mechanical integrity teams to deliver code-compliant inspection results while upholding TEAM’s safety values.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Certification (Level I or II)
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and field safety practices
• Physically capable of rope access duties and climbing

Responsibilities

• Inspect at height using rope access per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Perform NDT and API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structural components.
• Assist with installation of access systems and hazard assessments.
• Document findings with digital tools and standardized reporting.
• Interface with engineers and client representatives to clarify scope and communicate results.
• Maintain rope access and inspection gear in safe, working order.
