Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations involving NDE, API inspections, or advanced inspection techniques in elevated, confined, or difficult-to-access areas.

The Rope Access Inspector performs inspections using rope access techniques and supports inspection activities at height or in restricted locations, working with site leads, engineers, planners, mechanical integrity teams, and client representatives to deliver code-compliant results while

Qualifications

SPRAT or IRATA certification required.
1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, inspection terminology, and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections at height using rope access techniques per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on pressure vessels, piping, tanks, or structural components.
Assist with installation of access systems, job rig-ups and hazard assessments.
Document inspection findings using digital tools and standardized formats.
Interface with engineers, planners and client representatives to clarify scope and communicate results.
Ensure compliance with procedures, codes, OSHA, site requirements and safety protocols.
Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job planning and safety audits.
