Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with a focus on NDE, API inspections, and advanced techniques in elevated or confined locations.

Dual-certification in rope access and inspection methods is preferred, with strong attention to safety and precision required for code-compliant results. The role collaborates with site leads, engineers, and mechanical integrity teams to deliver inspections at height while upholding TEAM’s safety values.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification required (Level I or II depending on role scope).
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments.
• Strong safety practices and field proficiency in rope-access inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at height using rope-access techniques per SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures as certified.
• Assist with installation of access systems, rigging, and hazard assessments at client sites.
• Document findings using digital tools and standardized reporting formats.
• Interface with engineers and client reps to clarify scope and communicate results.
• Maintain gear and certifications; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
