Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations with NDE, API inspections, and elevated access work.

Dual-certified in rope access (SPRAT or IRATA) and inspection methods, you will work with site leads, engineers, and integrity teams to deliver code-compliant results while upholding safety values. Ideal candidates have SPRAT or IRATA certification, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a proven commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork in

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification required.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or energy environments.
• Physically capable of rope access duties.
• Travel regionally or nationally for projects.
• Pass pre-employment background checks and site onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections at height using rope access per SPRAT/IRATA.
• Conduct NDT and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
• Assist with access systems installation and job rig-ups.
• Document findings using digital tools and standardized reports.
• Interface with engineers and client representatives to clarify scope.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, codes, and safety protocols.
• Participate in toolbox talks and pre-job planning.
• Maintain rope access and inspection gear and track certifications.
• Assist in equipment transfers and site setup/teardown.
