Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks qualified Rope Access Inspectors to support field operations, focusing on NDE, API inspections, and advanced techniques in elevated or confined access areas. Dual rope access and inspection certifications preferred; strong emphasis on safety and precise reporting.

The role collaborates with site leads, engineers, and integrity teams to deliver code-compliant inspection results while upholding TEAM’s safety values. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA certification required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience in energy environments.
• Experience with mechanical systems and inspection terminology.
• Ability to travel regionally or nationally for projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access inspections at height using SPRAT/IRATA standards.
• Conduct NDE and/or API inspections on vessels, piping, tanks, or structures.
• Assist with installation of access systems, rigging, and hazard assessments.
• Document findings using digital tools and standardized reporting formats.
• Interface with engineers, planners, and client representatives to clarify scope and report results.
