Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of hotel experience, preferably in Front Desk or Housekeeping leadership.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera) and hotel operations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily Front Desk and Housekeeping operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure timely room cleaning, inspection, and readiness.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to reduce delays.
• Monitor occupancy, arrivals/departures, and guest requests.
• Lead, coach, and schedule Front Desk and Housekeeping staff.
• Train staff on service standards and systems; promote teamwork.
• Conduct regular room/public space inspections and enforce standards.
• Support audit readiness and monitor productivity and costs.
