HEI Hotels and Resorts offers the Rooms Manager-in-Training program, a 12-month fast-track career development path for recent graduates. The MIT will immerse in Front Office and Housekeeping to build a foundation for a long-term career with HEI Hotels and Resorts.

Participants shadow both departments, rotate through shifts, attend leadership meetings, and gain hands-on experience with the PMS and labor-management tools to optimize performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program.
• Flexibility to relocate after completing the MIT program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments at the assigned hotel.
• Complete shifts in each position within the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Attend department meetings within Front Office and Housekeeping, plus leadership meetings at the hotel.
• Proficiently operate the PMS and other systems used by Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Utilize labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve problems to maintain satisfaction and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Room SOPs and Policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and availability to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
