Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts invites recent graduates to join the Rooms Manager-in-Training (MIT) program. Over 12 months, you will rotate through Front Office and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure to prepare for a long-term career with HEI.

You will shadow departments, complete shifts, attend meetings, and learn PMS and labor tools while developing customer-service and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program.
• Willing to relocate for placement after MIT program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Front Office and Housekeeping during MIT placement.
• Complete shifts in both departments.
• Attend department and leadership meetings.
• Become proficient with PMS and systems used by Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Use labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
