Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Hospitality Management.
• Experience in guest services and front desk operations.
• Strong cash handling and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform front office, guest services, reservations and housekeeping duties as part of LID rotations.
• Complete LID learning contracts and manage progress reports.
• Assist with shift coverage and training of associates.
• Support adherence to Four Diamond Standards of guest service.
• Represent Omni brand and culture; reinforce Power of One and Power of Engagement.
